E-Xone Terms of Services.

E-XONE TERMS OF SERVICE

1.Minimum Requirements
  To register, you must live in Singapore.

2. Charges 
   Registration is free. Charges apply only when 
   the tutor has accepted an assignment.

3. Payments
    A commission of 50% of the tuition fee for the
    first 4 weeks of tuition should be made payable to 
    E-Xone by the parent/student within the 
    first two weeks of tuition. The remaining 50%
    is paid out to the tutor after the first 4 weeks. 
    Thereafter E-Xone will have no obligations to 
    either the tutor or the parent/student.

4. Indemnity.  
    User agrees to indemnify and hold E-Xone harmless
    from and against, any and all losses, damages,
    liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines,
    costs and expenses (including reasonable 
    related expenses, legal fees and costs
    of investigation) or every nature whatsoever
    incurred by E-Xone by reason of or arising 
    out of or in connection with
    (i)  any breach of this Agreement by User;
    (ii) any infringement of any copyright, trade-mark,
         patent, trade secret or any other intellectual 
         propriety right of any party by content on the 
         Site; or
    iii) Illegal, libelous, or defamatory content on the
         Site.
